	Extended documentation: we provide you with Installed Base Assistant with attached files like SOPs, operating manuals, configuration details e.g. special products with agreed delivery times.
	Reduction of spare part stocks: after providing an inventory of your stock, we create a segmented list of critical and non-critical spares.

	Definition of a complete maintenance plan with all master data to fill a plant asset management system.

Documenting the installed base from the start of commissioning through to the maintenance stage can be of great help in maintenance management.

The Installed Base Assistant is a unique and open tool that allows you to document, in a structured way, all devices installed in your plant. Using multiple search fields, you can review and analyze by location, application, loop and device, giving you an up-to-date view of your plant simply and quickly.

The Installed Base Assistant uses an open web browser environment as a software platform. The data inventory is stored locally on your PC, or a file server, and accessed by the tool using the web browser. You can easily attach all your important documents related to the specific devices including CAD drawings, certificates, operating manuals etc.

The tool is open to all types of instruments, valves and actuators, irrespective of manufacturer.

All data can be exported in a structured format (Excel or XML for example). The Installed Base Assistant can also exchange data with other Plant Asset Management or Maintenance Management tools, allowing you to benefit from additional information.
