Toepassingsgebied
Memosens CPS97E is de expert voor media met een hoog gehalte aan vezels of vaste stoffen in suspensie, zoals dispersies, neerslag en emulsies. De onbreekbare schacht en het open diafragma garanderen betrouwbare metingen onder zware procesomstandigheden. De CPS97E is uitgerust met Memosens 2.0 digitale technologie en biedt uitgebreide opslagmogelijkheden voor kalibratie- en procesgegevens voor voorspellend onderhoud. De sensor is bestand tegen vocht en kan in het lab worden gekalibreerd, waardoor de betrouwbaarheid van het proces wordt verbeterd en de uptime van het proces toeneemt.

Onbreekbaar: PEEK sensorbehuizing is bestand tegen zware omstandigheden en garandeert productveiligheid
Open diafragma voorkomt blokkering van de sensor, zelfs in media met een hoge vuilbelasting.
Chemisch stabiele referentiegel zorgt voor langdurig stabiele metingen
Weinig onderhoud: ISFET-technologie is ongevoelig voor hoge temperaturen of temperatuurschommelingen, wat resulteert in lange kalibratie-intervallen
Maximale procesveiligheid: Contactloze, inductieve signaaloverdracht elimineert alle problemen veroorzaakt door vocht of corrosie.
