De OXY5500 zuurstofanalyzer is een compacte, stand-alone, 1-kanaals analyzer die gebruikmaakt van Quenched Fluorescence (QF) -technologie voor het betrouwbaar meten van zuurstof in aardgas en gasverwerkende toepassingen. Een sensorsonde wordt in de processtroom gestoken en aangesloten op de controller via een glasvezelkabel. Behalve van het LCD-display en de ingebouwde datalogger is de OXY5500 voorzien van een compleet monsterconditioneringssysteem alsmede software voor een PC-interface.
