Les Raman bIO-Optics sont des éléments optiques à immersion très polyvalents utilisés avec la tête de sonde Rxn-10 et compatibles avec les raccords standards de bioréacteurs. Le concept fixe du foyer fournit des mesures stables à long terme avec des signaux très performants, ce qui est essentiel pour une analyse haute performance et transférable des bioprocédés sur la base de la technologie Raman. Disponibles dans les longueurs industrielles standard, les Raman bIO-Optics sont parfaitement conçus pour les applications dans les bioréacteurs/fermenteurs de laboratoire, en verre ou en plastique, nécessitant une plaque frontale.

Fermentation : glycérol, méthanol, éthanol, sorbitol, biomasse
En aval : agrégation, cristallisation des protéines, stabilité de la formule, produit CQA, concentration en protéines, excipients tampons
