Toepassingsgebied
De terugtrekbare Cleanfit CPA875-armatuur is volledig steriliseerbaar en garandeert een maximale bescherming tegen besmetting, waardoor deze armatuur ideaal is voor gebruik in de life sciences-industrie en de voedingsmiddelen- en drankindustrie. De CPA875 is volledig gecertificeerd (EHEDG en ASME BPE) en gemaakt van door de FDA aanbevolen materialen. Hierdoor is de CPA875 de juiste keuze als er hoge eisen aan hygiëne worden gesteld!
De Cleanfit CPA875 is een terugtrekbare armatuur voor pH-, ORP-, zuurstof- en NIR-sensoren met een diameter van 12 mm en lengten van 225/360 mm.

Hoge procesveiligheid: het gepatenteerde ontwerp van de dynamische afdichting voorkomt besmetting.
Eenvoudige bediening: verwijder, steriliseer en kalibreer de sensor terwijl het proces loopt – aseptisch en hygiënisch veilig.
Geen kruisbesmetting: steriel ontwerp volgens EHEDG en ASME BPE, evenals afdichtingen volgens FDA en USP klasse VI.
Flexibel: individuele aanpassing aan uw procesvereisten op basis van verschillende procesaansluitingen.
Optionele dubbele servicekamer: afdichting tussen steriel en niet-steriel deel beweegt dynamisch mee met de sensorgeleider – net als in een injectiespuit. De steriele ruimte en het procesmedium blijven onaangeroerd.
