Toepassingsgebied
De Liquiphant FTL31 is een niveauschakelaar voor vloeistoffen. De FTL31 is ontworpen voor industriële toepassingen in alle industrieën , voornamelijk de machine-industrie. De Liquiphant wordt gebruikt voor overvulbeveiliging en pompdroogloopbeveiliging in reinigingsystemen. Dankzij IO-Link kunnen parameters eenvoudig worden ingesteld.

Voordelen
Ontworpen volgens de hoogste eisen op het gebied van kwaliteit en duurzaamheid. Dankzij de geïntegreerde zelfbewakingsfunctie werkt de Liquiphant altijd betrouwbaar, ook bij stroomuitval.
Het instrument levert een nauwkeurig schakelpunt, ook bij veranderende mediumeigenschappen. Dankzij IO-Link kunnen de instrumenten eenvoudig met engineeringtools worden geconfigureerd, wat de kosten verlaagt en de complexiteit vermindert
Een echte plug & play-sensor, die niet hoeft te worden aangepast als hij in een ander medium wordt gebruikt. De meting wordt niet beïnvloed door geleidbaarheid, aangroei, turbulentie, stromingen of luchtbellen
Er is geen kalibratie nodig en ook geen specifieke kennis of gereedschap (bijv. software).
Het robuuste ontwerp van roestvrij staal (316L) garandeert een hoge duurzaamheid.
Dankzij het modulaire ontwerp is het instrument bij verschillende procestemperaturen in te zetten en kan het worden voorzien van de meest uiteenlopende procesaansluitingen en accessoires, zodat het geschikt kan worden gemaakt voor elke toepassing.
Geen mechanisch bewegende delen, onderhoudsvrij.
