De batchcontroller RA33 is ontworpen om de flow te registreren en uitgangssignalen voor kleppen en pompen te regelen om de exacte dosering van vooraf gedefinieerde batchhoeveelheden te garanderen. Het gemeten volume kan worden gecorrigeerd met de temperatuur/dichtheid-compensatiefunctie. Het vulproces kan worden geoptimaliseerd met een automatische of vaste correctie na afloop. Minerale oliën kunnen worden gecorrigeerd volgens de norm ASTM D1250-04.
Registratie en controle van trage batchprocessen met een duur van meer dan 10 seconden. Typische toepassingen zijn:
