Forbes and Statista rank family-owned Endress+Hauser among the world’s best employers, recognizing its strong focus on employees.
In the latest ranking by U.S. business magazine Forbes and market research company Statista, Endress+Hauser ranks 608th and is once again among the World’s Best Employers. Compared to the previous year, the measurement and automation technology specialist has improved by more than 180 places. The current ranking includes 900 companies, while more than 10,000 companies were evaluated overall.
The World’s Best Employers 2026 ranking is based on surveys of more than 300,000 employees in over 50 countries. Participants evaluated their own employer as well as other companies within their industry. Results from a three-year period were taken into account, with more recent evaluations carrying greater weight.
The significant improvement in the ranking reflects Endress+Hauser’s attractiveness as a global employer.
